We hope you love your HERSE delivery - that's why we've made shipping as easy as possible. All of our shipping is tracked - you will receive confirmation of your tracking number once your order has been packed.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Please allow us 1-3 business days for preparing your order

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders can take 1-5 business days to process before shipping. International packages are shipped via DHL Express (6-10 business days)

International shipments may be subject to customs fees and import taxes upon delivery determined by the shipment’s destination country. Please note that the recipient of the shipment is responsible for any fees or duties if found by customs. If you do not claim your package, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to our studio
