SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We hope you love your HERSE delivery - that's why we've made shipping as easy as possible. All of our shipping is tracked - you will receive confirmation of your tracking number once your order has been packed. Every orders shipped out from our main warehouse in Bangkok, Thailand.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Please allow us 1-3 business days for preparing your order. Every orders are ship via Flash Express or Kerry Express according to your choice.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The processing time for orders is up to 5 business days. After that, the delivery time depends on the destination country. Please keep in mind that during holidays, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.
- Customs or Import charges MAY be required upon delivery. Please note that Herse Store is NOT responsible for covering these costs. Shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Please note delays may occur in sending out your order due to higher shipping prices, troubles with the address provided or any issues with the garments ordered. We will be in contact if this occurs to your order.

- The below shipping charges are a flat rate fee for each region.
- Please note, should your order exceed these flat rate charges due to weight or delivery area, we will contact you regarding further shipping costs
- Flat Rate and Free shipping offers are subject to change at any time or unexpectedly without any notice. As agreed to upon checkout, in our terms and conditions.
- Orders placed on Herse Store are intended for retail customers only. Any orders placed for businesses, will occur a business level shipping rate. These orders will be contacted once their order is awaiting shipment.
NEW INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PRICES VALID UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. Prices effective from September 14th 2022. These prices are a promotion and may only be valid for a limited time.
FREE Standard International Shipping (International)
- We offer FREE Standard International Shipping with tracking through ePacket Thailand Post service on all orders above $250 (after discount - if any).
- Tracking ID will be sent to your email when the package has been registered for delivery.
- Tracking information after dispatch from Thailand is subjected to the destination post's availability. If online tracking is not available in destination country, the reference number can be quoted to your local post office.

CUSTOM, TAXES AND DUTY CHARGES
Each country has their own custom and duty charges when you need to collect your parcel. HERSE do not have access to the details of the different charges for each country. HERSE cannot cover these charges. It is the responsibility of the receiver to be aware of these charges and by placing an order on HERSE they agree to cover these charges. If you are concerned of what these charges may be, we suggest you do contact you local DHL to find out what the custom and duty charges may be before placing your order.
REFUSING A SHIPMENT/PAYING DUTIES AND TAXES
If you refuse any shipments from HERSE, your parcel will either be destroyed or sent back to us at and we are charged. By placing your order on HERSE, you are responsible to understand there may be charges involved to pay to receive your parcel.
DELIVERY TIMES - (Estimation)
- Express Shipping means you should receive your parcel within 2-8* business days of shipping your order
- Standard Shipping means you should receive your parcel within 5-20* business days of shipping your order
- Customers in more Rural Areas can take up to 21+ business days depending on the service chosen
- Please note delays may occur in sending out your order due to higher shipping prices, troubles with the address provided or any issues with the garments ordered. We will be in contact if this occurs to your order.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive an email from either FedEx or THAIPOST with your tracking details
- All our parcels require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home, FedEx or THAIPOST should provide instructions on how to receive your parcel. FedEx have the parcels sent back to a depot while THAIPOST has the parcel sent to a local post office. Your tracking informational will have updates of your parcel location if you are not home to sign for the parcel.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Shipping duration for international shipment is estimated.
2. Custom clearance can affect delivery time depending on different destinations. We will not be able to refund for delay due to custom clearance, weather conditions or postal service. These instances are unfortunately beyond our control and we will not be able to refund the order.
3. International shipments may be subject to customs fees and import taxes upon delivery determined by the shipment’s destination country. Please note that the recipient of the shipment is responsible for any fees or duties if found by customs. If you do not claim your package, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to our studio.
4. Please always order in advance for any special occasion for the parcels to reach you in good time.
