Return & Cancellation Policy

On the off chance you’re not in love with your HERSE pieces, we offer the option to return the item back to us, within 30 days of your delivery date. Please note, these options will differ based on your shipping country and are provided below:


Customers purchasing through our Thai Website are able to return for store credit and exchange it within 30 days of delivery for free. We do not provide refunds for change of mind or change of size returns. 

International (United States, Canada, UK, Europe & Rest of World)

International Customers are able to return for store credit and exchange within 30 days of delivery. Customers will be charged a subsidised fee of $25USD to cover shipping and handling.

Return requirements

Please ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags attached and no signs of obvious wear

In order for your item(s) to be accepted upon return it must meet the following criteria:

  1. must be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with tags attached.
  2. must be free of perfume, body odour, deodorant or washing powder.
  3. must be free of make-up, tan marks, glitter and pet hair.

Please note; Returns that do not meet the above requirements will be sent back to you and fees will be recovered.
